BOXING FITNESS
Relieve stress, burn fat, tone and have fun doing it. Boxing is a great cardiovascular workout and the classes are taught by an experienced boxing instructors.

The classes are non-combative and suitable for all fitness levels. No boxing experience required.​ Gloves and focus mitts available.

MEDITATION AND SOUND JOURNEYS
Enjoy Meditation and Sound journeys here at the Berowra Health and Wellness Studios.
Learn easy techniques to incorporate into your meditation practice. Experience intuitive healing sound with crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and voice to balance, align and rejuvenate. I am a registered meditation teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia.
